Описан подход формирования знаний в виде воспринятой информации, структурированной по важности для достижения целей её приемника. Описаны необходимое и достаточное условия полноты передачи информации. В качестве катализатора развития возможностей восприятия информации определено совершенствование культуры коммуникаций. В связи с интеллектуализацией технологических процессов, предложено образование рассматривать как производство средств производства интеллектуального продукта. Совершенствование этого производства предложено рассматривать как важнейший фактор технологического развития страны.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A model of a convolution of information in the form of image and symbol. The described approach of knowledge creation in the form of perceptual information, structured according to importance in achieving the goals of its receiver. Described necessary and suf cient conditions of completeness of information transfer. As a catalyst for the development of the capacities of perception determines the improvement of cultural communications. In connection with the intellectualization of the technological processes, offered education to consider how the production of means of production of intellectual product.
