Abstract

The article discusses the role of the teacher individuality to motivate students’ work in e-learning educational systems. The analysis concludes that the role of the teacher’s personality is not eliminated, is not replaced by electronics, and goes in a slightly different form, while remaining one of the main motivators of productive work of students in the learning process.
