Abstract
The analysis of systemic features of the process of socialization. Shows binary professional identity in the interaction of the individual and society. Deals with the creative mechanisms of self-organization and personality reaction to the macro-social and evolutionary factors, as well as essential principles of its socially-information homeostasis. The features systemological approach, revealing the personal background of professional self-determination.
