METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
The article describes the problems of monitoring the integrity of sophisticated banking systems in the accompaniment. The understanding of the level of integrity of the automated system is described using estimates of the integrity level of the planning methodology of testing the automated banking system. Results of the article would be used in courses on Software Engineering and Banking Systems Automation.
The article is devoted to the problem of co-evolution of man-made environment, and human society. We explain the information and network technologies impact both on mankind and society. Our main goal is to show the techno-biology stage of human civilization evolution and present the concept of total human-authopoetic systems. We present the interpretation of autopoietics self-orienting and intersystem interactions arising from man-made environment. We describe the mechanism of environmental systems dynamics which organizes the development of global man-made environment and human health.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
In the article we consider a case of the analysis of the data connected with educational statistics, namely – result of professional development courses students survey with specialized software usage. Need for expanded statistical results processing, the scheme of carrying out the analysis is shown. Conclusions on a studied case are presented.
It is essential for Russia to develop the sector of small business as an innovational driver for the economy. Based on the study of foreign experience in employing of educational initiatives to support the small business we present the analysis of various projects and conclude that it is necessary to apply mainstream open education courses for development of system of investments in human resources of fi rst-time entrepreneurs as well as the established business which are in need for further development.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Article is devoted to the building of e-learning courses in the learning management system Moodle in the context of blended learning for the development of the students’ creative initiative in using of informational technology resources. Phenomena «informational interaction» and «students’ creative initiative in using of informational technology resources» are defined. An experiment that confi rms the effectiveness of this approach to the organization of student’s self-study is described.
The article presents the results of analysis of functioning at university and federal levels information-analytical systems describing the scientifi c sphere. It is concluded that there is no automatic link between the information analytical systems of given levels, so an approach is suggested to architecting a single information-analytical system of state and development of scientifi c sphere in institutions of higher education.
The article covers the problems and projections of integrated informational environment of Far East federal university and Far East Subdivision RAS. The proposed virtual environment of the two institutions enables to attain fundamentally new opportunities in implementation of education and science activity of Far East federal university and Far East Subsidiary RAS. It is supposed that the received solutions can be used by other universities and scientifi c centers of the country.

This work is devoted to issues related to the development of learning software and, in particular, digital libraries and knowledge bases in different fields and disciplines. Main attention is paid to the development of computer learning software for electrical engineering on the base of rapidly growing and popular wiki technology. In this paper the authors describe the implementation details of the smart textbook in the discipline of Ergonomics, provide the structure of the textbook, give the examples of experimental tasks and main innovations in e-learning system. The features of the education process with the use of the smart textbook are outlined. It is offered the point-rating system. The authors focus on the importance of training teachers to implement innovations.
This paper studies the influence of information technology on the process of teaching mathematics at the Technical University. We consider the didactic aspects of computer use in practical classes in higher mathematics. We analyze a combination of traditional and computer control on mathematical disciplines within the competence model of bachelor of engineering areas.
