We consider the problem of converting the model of the recursive conveyor process with a variable performance and characterized by five parameters in the model with a constant performance. The resulting process is characterized by only the initial phase and conveying performance.
The article discusses the approach to assessing the quality of the information obtained in the process of transformation of the initial information received by control signals in the organizational and technical systems, control solutions, make up the content management process. The essence of the approach is to assess the quality of the information offered on its quantitative characteristics (the relative amount of syntactic, semantic and pragmatic information types are in relationships and relationships).
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
This article presents a conception of collaboration of main actors in information-educational space, based on service level management process from the library of best practices ITIL, composition and procedure of information interchange between actors, responsibility of each actor, metrics and key performance indicators of each actor’s activity within educational service delivery.
The article deals with the concept of readiness of students of specialties of information to work with network technologies. It’s professionally significant qualities of the future specialist, which is expressed in a combination of personality traits and the necessary skills, based on special knowledge of the networking field. Content of readiness is defined as a set of motivational and valuable, meaningful and activity components. Identify the need of integrated training students to work with information and network technology.
The use of expert systems in education is an urgent task, because the evaluation and achievements of students, educational technology and adaptability to the individual characteristics of students and quality assessment of test materials is a task that can not be solved within the framework of the deterministic approach.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The paper discusses the concept of «smart», the concept of smart education, its basic elements such as smart learning, smart university smart course. The analysis of the factors affecting the formation and development of the concept of smart education. There are three aspects of Smart Education: organizational, technological, and pedagogical.
The article is dedicated to a transformation of an organizational structure of the organization which starts its process transformation. It is suggested, that a success of the process transformation strongly depends on the ability of a company make a complex change in an organizational structure.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The paper considers with the development of effective educational process, using leaning management system. The analysis of the results of the use Blackboard Learning System for the organization of educational activities to the university students. Built process models of learning (ideal and real) on the basis of their proposals on the improvement of the educational process.
This article is devoted to the ways of teaching object-oriented programming of bachelors of pedagogical education in network community. The article provides a definition of competence in the domain of objectoriented programming and describes its substantial components. The author presented the content of discipline “Object-Oriented Programming” and described the work of bachelors for the study sections of the discipline in a network community.
The article discusses of the software implementation of information-educational space, based on application of multi-agent technology. The procedure of formation of educational programs in networked learning environment in accordance with the actual needs of educational institutions and students, described in terms of ontology of competencies, subject ontology and ontology of educational activities, was described. The procedure of formation of schedule of educational program, based on collective use in educational processes of distributed information resources (learning objects and services), was determined.
The paper is devoted to the creation of complex discipline «Computer-based Product Lifecycle Management» in accordance to competency approach and specification of its role in education process for technical university.
The article discusses the development of a comprehensive effectiveness assessment system of scientific-teaching staff of the university in the context of improving the quality of higher education. In this connection, an attempt has made to formulate a generalized model of evaluating the effectiveness of teachers by taking into account the various components of information-educational environment.
