NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The article considers the problem of organization and methodological support of the process of formation of skills of network joint activities in primary school students. The relevance of this research problem is due to the following contradictions:
- between the need for a practice-oriented and controlled focus on the process of forming in young schoolchildren the skills of safe and ethical interaction in the network, as a requirement of a modern digital society and the lack of pedagogical conditions for its implementation in educational institutions;
- between the high potential of network interaction in the formation of digital literacy elements of elementary schoolchildren and insufficient practical and theoretical research in this area;
- between the didactic opportunities of joint network activities in the process of training and education in elementary school and the insufficient development of pedagogical conditions for its implementation.
The purpose of the study: the development and experimental testing of the level model of network interaction of primary school children in a distributed information and educational environment. This model is based on the principle of a phased increase in the degree of activity, independence and responsibility of subjects of joint network activities, which is implemented through specially designed educational and methodological support. The problem is highlighted due to the lack of research and the lack of specialized methodological support in the field of networking in elementary school.
Materials and methods. The theoretical basis of the study is the analysis of research works in the field of Internet security for schoolchildren and the psychology of primary school children, a generalization of pedagogical experience in the use of distance and network technologies in classroom activities, an analysis of the regulatory documents of primary general education.
Results. The approbation of the level model of network interaction of primary schoolchildren was carried out during the 2016–2017, 2017– 2018, 2018–2019 academic years on the basis of MAOU Gymnasium No. 9 of Krasnoyarsk and secondary school No. 11 of Abakan. The study covered 105 primary school students. A complete set of educational and methodological support for the network interaction of elementary schoolchildren in computer science lessons in a distributed information and educational environment has been developed and fully tested.
Conclusion. The level model of network interaction of elementary schoolchildren described in the article can be used both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities in various subject areas in elementary school. This model includes four levels of network interaction formation: interaction independently from each other without feedback, interaction independently from each other with the need for mutual control, consistent interaction with observance of the order and correctness of the task, non-linear interaction. In accordance with the developed model of network interaction, a distributed informational and educational environment of elementary school was formed and filled up on the example of the subject field “informatics”, which ensures the implementation of various types of elementary school students network interaction in classroom activities. Research materials can be replicated in general education organizations at the initial stage, and also used to improve the skills of primary school teachers and computer scientists.
Purpose of research. The aim of the study is the use of cognitive technologies for the formation of speech dialogue management models. At present, for the development of the Internet of things, the expansion of communicative opportunities for their interaction, it is important to improve speech dialogue management models in many areas. The need for dialogue can arise between cyber-physical systems, between a person and cyber-physical systems, between users, developers, and administrators. The speech dialogue management models covers many issues related to processing a speech signal, semantic analysis, understanding the meaning of speech, using cognitive mechanisms for interaction, and some others. A special place among them is occupied by the problem of building a speech dialogue between users, developers, and cyberphysical systems. This article is devoted to the consideration of the use of speech dialogue management models of intelligent systems, as well as users, developers, administrators.
Materials and methods of research. New approaches and methods are required to solve the problems within the framework of the Industry 4.0. The industry 4.0 concept represents a variety of technologies, including the creation of cyber-physical systems, a variety of different protocols for their interaction. One of its main directions is the Internet of things. Cognitive mechanisms associated with the formation and application of concrete sensory images, concepts-representations, concepts-frames are used to solve the problems of model formation. To form the abilities and speech skills for the communicative activities of the participants of the interaction within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept, the methods associated with mastering foreign language technologies were used. The ultimate goal of their use is to achieve the ability to master spontaneous speech in both everyday and professional situations. Mastering a foreign language involves the use of cognitive technologies, which allows you to develop the structure of mental operations.
Results. Some features of the formation of a voice dialogue management model for intelligent systems and the preparation of interaction participants in the framework of the concept — users, developers, and industrial system administrators – are considered. The application of cognitive mechanisms for organizing and using the model of speech dialogue management is shown. The use of conceptual representations and scripting concepts in intelligent systems allows us to develop the structure of the world model. The application of cognitive mechanisms for training interaction participants, within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept, improves their training by improving understanding of the material being studied by building logical connections and a mental model of the material. Using concepts allows you to build mental models of your own thoughts. At the end of all mental operations, participants in the interaction acquire the ability to form speech dialogue management models.
Conclusion. The use of cognitive technologies makes it possible, both for intelligent systems and for interaction participants, to use generalized static structures of concepts, situations, and dynamic structures for real and mental operations. The active use of such structures makes it possible to better understand the current situation and successfully formulate and use voice dialogue management models for solving problems arising during the development of the Industry 4.0 concept.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Purpose of the study. The aim of the study is to substantiate and develop an approach to improving the quality of training of specialists in the direction of training “Information Security”, based on improving the quality of assimilation of the educational material of the disciplines provided for by the curriculum.
Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to use innovative teaching methods based on the use of modern interactive educational technologies.
The study is based on the analysis and use of research materials in the field of the application of pedagogical technologies in the modern educational process, the requirements of the law, which are mandatory when implementing the main educational programs of higher professional education. In preparing the article, the materials obtained by the authors during the planning, preparation, conduct and analysis of laboratory studies with students studying in the direction of training “Information Security” were also used.
Results. The specifics of training specialists in the direction of training “Information Security”, due to the high demands placed on them by employers, as well as the complexity and necessity of solving the problems facing the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring information security, lies in the need for them to obtain, along with fundamental knowledge in the field of information security, knowledge of modern and promising information protection technologies.
An important role in improving the quality of training highly qualified specialists who are professionally in demand and capable of self-development is currently played by the application of new approaches to their training based on the use of innovative methods. The proposed approach consists in the development by students of modern and promising information protection technologies using innovative teaching methods during the organization, preparation and conduct of training sessions.
One of the main, most important in practical, research aspects, forms of conducting classes in the process of training information security specialists is a laboratory workshop.
The proposed approach was tested in the educational process when planning, preparing and conducting laboratory work on the topic “Creating a virtual private network in a virtual environment” in the discipline “Information Security Technology”. The main features of this lesson include the relevance, high technology and practical orientation of the topic of the lesson, as well as its interactivity.
The result of applying the proposed approach was an increase in the degree of assimilation, the breadth of coverage of the studied material and, as a result, an increase in the effectiveness of the formation of students’ competencies provided for in the curriculum.
Conclusion. As a result of the research, an approach to improving the quality of training of specialists in the field of training “Information Security” was substantiated and developed.
The proposed approach, which consists in the application of innovative interactive teaching methods during the organization, preparation and conduct of training on relevant, high-tech topics of applied importance, was implemented in practice when students learn the discipline “Information Security Technology”, which allowed to improve the quality of assimilation educational material of the discipline and, ultimately, to improve the quality of training of specialists in the direction of training “Information Security”.
Purpose of the study. The aim of the research is to develop new approaches of improvement the level of training of IT-specialists with knowledge and skills that are in demand on the labor market. The proposed methodology for determining the competencies of IT specialists most in demand by employers includes determining the structure of demand for the competencies of IT specialists in Russia in the digital economy using the developed application. The application of the methodology for the analysis of the content of the academic discipline will make it possible to formulate recommendations on the selection of software tools and technologies used to teach students practical skills in this discipline based on the current requirements of the labor market.
Materials and methods. The main idea of the research is to develop a universal methodology that allows you to coordinate the content of the theoretical and practical components of academic disciplines with dynamically changing qualification requirements for specialists in the IT industry from employers. The study of existing approaches to determining the qualification requirements for IT industry specialists has shown that the most effective methodology can be based on the analysis of large volumes of statistical data, the use of modern methods of analysis Data mining, Text mining, and the use of databases to store the collected information. The article discusses a comprehensive methodology for collecting and analyzing information collected from the websites of recruiting companies, including: 1) an algorithm for determining the competencies of IT specialists most in demand by employers; 2) a database model for storing information about vacancies; 3) an algorithm for bringing unstructured textual information about a vacancy to a factual database; 4) authoring analytical application based on the Qlik Sence BI system, which allows monitoring vacancies. The novelty of the proposed approaches lies in the possibility of operational updating of the content of academic disciplines based on labor market requirements.
It is proposed to define the indicator of the demand for professional competence (demand for specialists who own IT technology) as the ratio of the number of vacancies in which this competency is mentioned to the total number of vacancies in potential areas of graduate work. It is obvious that those competencies that will show the best results and are in demand on the labor market.
Based on an analysis of the requirements of employers for applicants posted on the website of the Russian company HeadHunter, an example of determining the current competencies in the field of database technologies is considered. An analytical application developed on the basis of the Qlik Sence BI system was used as a tool. Information was collected using the Datacol parser (module “parser resume hh.ru”).
Results. In general, the proposed methodology can be used to analyze the relevance of software tools used to teach students practical skills within the academic discipline. The specific results obtained as a result of the study can be useful in the formation of a workshop for teachers of such disciplines as “Databases”, “Database Management Systems” and other disciplines in this area.
Conclusion. In the conditions of the dynamic development of the sphere of information technology, constant updating of the disciplines of this profile is a prerequisite for the quality training of IT specialists. The article proposes a methodology for choosing software products used for teaching students based on current labor market requirements. The article is based on the results of scientific and practical development “Development of new approaches to the preparation of ITspecialists in the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, taking into account the requirements of employers”, carried out as part of an internal Plekhanov Russian University of Economics grant. According to the results of scientific and practical development, a certificate of registration of a computer program was received.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The goal of this study is to transmit the project results contributing to ensuring the education system effective management by improving the education quality, to achieve the continuity of preschool and educational organizations educational programs, including ensuring the territorial accessibility of educational organizations.
Materials and research methods. The research was based on the results of work performed within the project “Analysis of changes in the education system related to the network restructuring, educational organizations enlargement and educational centers creation, including preschool educational organizations”. The methods used within the research are: analysis and synthesis, deduction (induction), search method, fixation and comparison, survey method, statistical processing of information, selecting experts and expert judgment, competencies, discussion, organizing events, Internet channels technical support, network communication with “instant” access to information; material presentation (problem, contextual), description, developing the material structure, inclusion method, structuring, proofreading the text material, preparing the content of the material, design method, determining an effective style solution, acquisition method, design and placement method and others.
Results of the research. The urgent issues of preschool education modernization related to the process of creating educational complexes are disclosed. The main reasons for the reorganization of preschool educational institutions are considered, the regional practices characterized by the most effective organization and functioning of educational complexes are presented.
Conclusion. The main trends of the preschool organizations development as part of educational complexes are presented, including managerial actions aimed at improving the educational services quality, which allows citizens to exercise their right to an affordable preschool education that meets the requirements of the federal state educational standard for preschool education.
Purpose of the study. The aim of the work is to consider the possibility of improving the quality and accessibility of teaching and educational resources through the development and use of electronic educational resources (hereinafter referred to as EER) using the example of the module “System Design”. The article presents a solution to the problem that is of significant importance in the field of information technology implementation in education. The relevance of the research problem is determined by the fact that through the use of interactive tools in the learning process, users, as a rule, a student and an educator, can actively interact with these information tools. Interactivity implies the existence of conditions for educational dialogue, one of the participants of which is a means of informatization of education.
Materials and methods. To solve these tasks, the general scientific system approach was used as the main one, the basis of which is to consider educational facilities as systems functioning in a certain environment, as well as methods of analysis and comparison. The study was conducted in accordance with the pedagogical conditions of student learning and the methodological requirements for the educational product. We reviewed methodological recommendations on the use of e-learning in the educational process of the university, the main regulatory documents of distance education technologies in the implementation of additional professional programs, the Moodle distance learning system, guidelines for practical exercises, as well as reference materials on the Moodle system.
Results. The study revealed the problem of the use of electronic educational resources, their positive and somewhat negative impact on the goals and results of the educational process, as well as existing technologies for their creation. Based on the analysis of a variety of development technologies for various characteristics, a decision was made to use the LMS Moodle environment. The structure of the module “System Design” was developed, and this module was implemented in the LMS Moodle environment and tested in the educational process, it was revealed that the level of knowledge and skills mastering, as well as their possession is higher among students who studied on the electronic educational resource.
Conclusion. Thus, the results of the study allow us to recommend the introduction of electronic educational resources in the learning process. Since the use of the presented development will not interrupt the learning process in cases where the student can not attend classes, and also contributes to improving the formation of students’ competence level.
PROBLEMS OF INFORMATIZATION OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT
The subject of the study is the formation of the structure of a network enterprise, considered as a set of interacting enterprises in a networked Internet environment that implements a value chain. To build the structure of the network enterprise, it is proposed to use and support the ontology of the network enterprise, which conceptually reflects the models of products and related production and business processes throughout the life cycle. At the same time, the focus is on the implementation of flexible processes for creating innovative products using intelligent model-oriented technologies.
The purpose of the study is to build an algorithm for forming the structure of a network enterprise that would ensure the best implementation of the value chain with minimal risks of mismatch of designs and production processes with qualitative value characteristics and requirements for an innovative product. The construction of an algorithm for forming the structure of a network enterprise involves solving the problems of modeling the structure of an innovative product based on an analysis of qualitative value characteristics and requirements for product components, its creation processes, distribution of roles of enterprise participants and analysis of their capabilities.
Methods. As the main research method is the method of constructing a model of “digital thread” of creating an innovative product. The most complete application of this method is carried out as part of the reference model of enterprise architecture for Industrie 4.0 (RAMI). The resulting conceptual model of an innovative product and related production and business processes is implemented using an ontological approach. It is proposed to use a combination of QFD (Quality Function Deployment) methods for deploying the structure of a network enterprise and analyzing the types and consequences of potential FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) inconsistencies.
The main results of the study are ontology and the algorithm for forming the structure of the network enterprise. A distinctive feature of the proposed ontology of the network enterprise is a clear separation of the valuable qualitative characteristics of the product and the requirements for its creation, as well as the allocation of the abilities of participants in enterprises to implement the necessary processes. The novelty of the presented algorithm for the formation of the structure of a network enterprise lies in the combined application of the QFD and FMEA methods, as well as in the iteration of modeling the structure of an innovative product from the position of the best implementation of quality value characteristics and functional requirements.
Conclusions, prospects. The proposed algorithm for creating the structure of a network enterprise allows you to get the best decisions on the criterion for assessing the highest rating for the implementation of quality characteristics and requirements for the components of the value chain and its participants, provided that minimal risk assessments of the mismatch between the designs and processes of creating innovative products are obtained. The developed ontology and the algorithm for forming the structure of the network enterprise is of practical importance for creating an intelligent system for supporting the adoption of innovative decisions for the dynamic construction of network enterprises in the Internet environment.
