There is a issue about determination of information connected with the vast capacity of phenomenons, that it includes. On the base of system evolutuonary method the manner of metaphor information formation in the evolution biophysics will be considered here.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The article reviews the current situation and trends in the development of the language education in Russian technical universities, as well as the challenges towards its improvement. There set forth the goals and objectives of the foreign-language training system development, whereof the interdisciplinarity, modularity, networking and linguistic authenticity are of prime importance. Terms and conditions of the system performance effectiveness are specified and the concept of its generation is evaluated. As a result of the system research a model of the language education organization and management in a technical university is suggested.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The features of estimation of expert’s competence in the field of higher education are considered, got with a help, both universal statistical software and special software. The comparative analysis of quantitative estimation of expert’s competence is conducted, that showed possibility of forming of the most competent group of experts for realization of necessary group expert estimation in the field of higher education. An analysis showed the high degree of coincidence of results that allow declining less competent experts.
Introduction in educational process of CASE-technologies requires a significant investment of the institution for the purchase of software. A possible solution is to use free software peers. This article provides an overview of the CASE-tools free structural design, methods of selection of CASE-tools for use in the educational process.
The training path formation, deals with the employers rapidly changing requirements, is considered in this paper. The decision-making criteria of the appropriate training path selection are proposed. The fuzzy logic based mathematical model of decision support is considered.
The model of automatic correction of mistakes is developed at processing documents of a tabulared kind within the framework of information systems of high school, the scientific organizations, etc. The corresponding program of the computer Is developed. The program exclude necessity of manual operations at updating mistakes in technology of processing of tabulared documents. Results of computer experiments have confirmed adequacy of model. Measurement is executed and technical and economic efficiency of model is shown.

EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Educational content is considered by authors as a distributed system of learning objects, that are self-contained, interoperable, and reusable in multiple contexts. Phases of educational content design, based on ontology engineering methods, are described: knowledge identification, knowledge conceptualization, knowledge categorization, knowledge formalization, and knowledge implementation.
The article deals with the issues of an integrated approach to the organization of educational environment of the e-learning university. Proposes an approach that allows to store and maintain the knowledge generated in the learning process, to constantly improve not only educational material and keep it up to date, but also the very teaching methods, to make available e-learning courses for later use by other teachers.
The possibility of integrating the automation of measurements with real experimental in the training workshop is discussed. For an example of the laboratory workshop identifies the advantages and disadvantages of computer technology. RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
The article is devoted to the study of students’ digestion quality influenced by different forms of educational material in class (text, schemes or comics) by means of multimedia presentation. The participants were students of Science, Humanities and physical-mathematical specialties. Significant differences were revealed in digestion of educational information between students of different specialties depending on presentation forms. The results obtained clarify the psychological mechanisms of digesting information in e-learning and can make the learning process more effective.
The article contains the short review of the alternative education in their comparison with the traditional one. It details the example of an alternative method – the work of student with the big orphaned software project.
