METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
The article holds suggested approaches to the solutions of some private tasks within the actual problem – the realization of competence-based approach to higher education within third generation of the Federal state educational standards. The competence model of a graduate is analyzed. The formal methods of the competence component structure and forming tools for different kinds of the students class work and self work interaction description are offered. The suggested approaches are on a probation stage of Bachelors and Masters basic education programs on 210700 «The infocommunication technologies and communication systems» designing and realization process at Perm National Research Polytechnical University.
The object of the research is a system of region purchasing governance. The resources of automation of placement of an order and information purchasing placing were considered. That was true of government and municipal local requirements subject to federal contract system principals.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
This article deals with the design of a study course content which takes into account the requirements of a professional community to potential graduates and provides quantitative assessment of the degree of their alignment to these requirements. A case study presented in this work shows how the developed approach was applied for the course content development taught in MSc program at NRU HSE.
The paper deals with the use of advanced software solutions for the mathematical school and university education.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
The methods of testing students’ knowledge and ability to assess the responses to the example of the humanities. These methods are based on a combination of traditional testing methods and apparatus using neural networks. Uniqueness of algorithm allows to use it in various spheres of the analysis of natural language texts.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The article covers directions of researches in the field of educational media space. The essence of the concept is considered within the following approaches: system, the mental and emotional, personal and developing, the competence-based, social-geographic, distance, and local.
This paper describes methods of permanent updating of educational content using knowledge domain model in a form of ontology. Methods of managing the prospective information resources of university, that appear in the result of personal and collaborative work of students and tutors with external knowledge sources applying contemporary information technologies are suggested.
In the present article we show the link between both artificial and natural intelligence and the system’s complexity during the life-cycle. Autopoetic’s type of living systems determines the differences between natural and artificial intelligence; artificial environments have an influence to the intelligence abilities development. We present the «diffusion intellect» concept where the diffusion intellect is considered as a synergistic unity of natural and artificial intellect in organized environments.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The paper deals with the problems of construction objective models of educational course, learning processes, control of learning results. We considered the possibility of automated test generation using formalized concepts of testology, semiotic and mathematical models of pedagogical processes.
This paper describes the analysis, formulation and solution of the problem of manuscripts evaluating with developed automated system "UNIQUE", which implements new decision-makings MUL and UNIQUE. To solve the problem of forecasting the optimal circulation authors developed corresponding technique.
RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
The paper presents the example of student participation in the meaningful information projects in the Komi Republic, the information technologies applying in culture, in particular, the creation of multimedia applications for distribution on CDs or other digital carriers. The project of creation the multimedia application "Copper art molding: crosses, icons, folding XVI – XX centuries from the National Museum of the Komi Republic collection" is described.
One-to-one educational model of mobile learning at school is essential part of Innovative education reform and modernization of Russian educational system [1]. This study provides analysis of integrating technology in Russian schools by taking a close look at how laptops were used in the classrooms on a daily basis. And how the laptops and information resources had become a daily part of learning in the classroom that in turn supported changes in the overall learning.
