The analysis concludes that the role of the teacher’s personality is not eliminated, is not replaced by electronics, and goes in a slightly different form, while remaining one of the main motivators of productive work of students in the learning process.

In article the method, allowing to analyze risks of decrease in quality of professional training on the basis of the developed cognitive map (the weighed oriented graph of concepts and relations between them), formalizing expert estimates is offered. The article gives the concept of the Electronic Educational Environment for training in the IT field of study that allows to build individual learning strategies according to fast changes in the labor market. The structure of the Electronic Educational Environment includes analytical services allowing to receive a list of the most demanded positions, related information technologies and competences. Application of the approach of cognitive maps for supporting development the work curriculum of an institute of higher education is considered. Using fuzzy cognitive maps (FCM) for formalization of opinion of an expert is offered. Abstract

The paper reviews the problem of automatic analysis, grading and hinting to the student in the questions, where correct answer must be the correct sentence in the target language in which order of words (tokens) is important. Proposed solution consists of combination of lexical analysis and editing distance analysis. Proposed solution was implemented as a CorrectWriting question type to a popular Moodle LMS. Such question type is useful when teaching programming languages and English as foreign language.
