THE PRINCIPLE OF NATURAL APPROPRIATENESS IN PHILOSOPHY AND METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATION

4-13 950
Abstract

The national priority question of education quality is considered in the article at the level of an in-depth – existential – function of the educational system, where the former arises. In that case, education appears not only as a social organism, but a fundamental form of understanding existence and self-realization of a person as a self-organized space and biosocial system in terms of an integral educational result. The mechanisms and effects of formal development logic become clear from such research perspective namely, that changes into philosophy of education in the shape of a single-dimensional methodological imperative and provides for an inconsistency of educational practice, achievement of some pedagogical aims at the expense and to the disadvantage of others. The limited nature of pedagogical thinking is not simply fixed in the paradoxes of human development as an individual and organism, but is considered as the main obstacle in the way of evolution of the Human-Nature-Society global system. The phenomenological comprehension of education problems supposes coming into the space of a spiritual idea, funding the process of searching for quality at different levels of human life and activities from within, which characterizes the topicality of the given article. The aim of the scientific research is to analyze factors limiting the process of modern human development, and to ground the necessity of the fundamental updating of the education model in the noospheric scientific paradigm. Theoretical methods of research are used in the paper: analysis of scientific literature, system analysis, analogy, systematization, and generalization. The research results are represented in the categories of education philosophy and focus the reader’s attention mainly on its critical-reflexive function. Elimination of the subject of education is considered as a logical result of phenomenological reduction of thinking that loses a higher level of the Universal, divides the single living space into the “autonomous” spheres of life and at the same time hides the natural code of stability (health) of a person. The article contains the description of splitting of consciousness process, of a deep inversion of personality in the system of biological and social determination of development, analysis of the human’s two-headed problem (psychological-physiological and psychospiritual) and the limit of pedagogical thinking operating in modern practice of the students’ personality socialization. System insufficiency and functional danger of the traditional binary model of development is formed in the absence of clear ideas in pedagogics of the ontological structure of the subject and a complete concept of the individual, accumulation of the negative quality of individual and public lifestyles. Therefore, it is possible to suppose that formation of an individual, a person – the object of the space, social and natural  system must become the aim and result of the modern educational mainstream. In such a case, Müller-Haeckel’s biogenetic law regulating traditional education must lose its methodological force. The proposed methodology of managing quality of education implies higher subjectness of development of the educational process participants, restoration of their personality unity based on noospheric pedagogical philosophy and requires expanding the regulatory principle of modeling educational practice up to the anthropocosmic one.

Abstract

With the aim of identifying the mechanisms of the emergence of positive changes in the formation of students’ consciousness, factors determining natural conformity of perceiving reality are considered. A number of features of shifting from sinistrocerebral to holistic thinking are considered. It is shown that the introduction of noospheric consciousness into the realization of individual basic functions displays his/her ability to self-awareness of an integrated system of structural-functional dynamics of the psyche. The problem of bringing the education system into line with the major trends in the development of scientific research is set up. In this regard, a mental image in the shape of a holographic form is considered as a holistic holographic image of an event, phenomenon, and subject filled with information and perceived by all senses individually. It is shown that consideration of dynamics of forming mental images in educational processes is a factor of ensuring psychological health. It is shown that nature-aligned consciousness is emergent in the organization of cognition and comprehension, when it unexpectedly arises from the gross properties of consciousness and is projected onto each individual consciousness able to engage in a global neural network – the noosphere, the information layer, the collective unconscious and superconscious. It is shown that instead of a trained sinistrocerebral, clip, terminal way of thinking, when human capabilities are limited and health is exhausted, a nature-aligned, holistic, neural network, emergent way of thinking is possible that opens up new possibilities of the pupil, and, most importantly, saves health. Such feature of the brain as its permanent activity is considered, which is presented by specific cerebral oscillations of the brain rhythms: delta rhythms (0.5 to 4 Hz), theta rhythms (4–8 Hz), alpha rhythms (8–13 Hz), beta rhythms (14–40 Hz) and gamma rhythms (over 40 Hz) and sigma-rhythms (10–16 Hz from 13 to 14 cycles per second). Each of the rhythms is a symptom of a certain state of consciousness. The importance of changing the mode of operation of the brain and nervous system is shown: activity – relaxation in the learning process. It is discussed that the modern system of education and personal development faces the task, the solution of which noospheric psycho-pedagogy offers: how to shape nature-aligned consciousness of the individual, which allows discovering unlimited resources of a person’s alpha theta, sigma and gamma states. It is argued that in the light of the latest scientific discoveries on the modern stage of society development the teacher should know and use in their activities to nature-aligned educational technologies, aimed at forming nature-aligned noospheric consciousness of the individual. A teacher can and should contribute to the harmonious work of a brain of the student in the learning process. This is possible if the teacher applies bioadequate methods of teaching and uses bioadequate textbooks. It is recommended for the teacher to take a refresher course “Holistic thinking” and “Nature-aligned methods of teaching academic disciplines.”

Abstract

Sustainable development of the society involves the transition of the society from the current evolutional stage to a higher stage without revolutionary destruction of the existing frames of society. An individual, playing a prominent role in human history from time to time, is able to provide for the evolution of consciousness of the whole community, appearing on the top of the evolutional cone in the moment of passing of the system to the qualitatively new stage of its development. Only an integral individual, a person-creator possessing a high potential of harmony is able to accomplish such transition. The golden proportion of the social structure of the society implies a certain correlation of ontological categories of people, having personality orientation that characterizes them as a creator, consumer or destroyer. The modern approaches to education involve motivating a human being to self-improvement all his/her lifelong. The question is that, how much pedagogical systems correspond to the laws of harmony, which provide formation of social strata golden proportion structure considered not from the perspective of class position, but from the perspective of creative personality orientation. The analysis of the existing educational approaches showed, that the best indices satisfying the set social problem belong to noospheric pedagogics, based on nature-aligned methodology of teaching academic disciplines. It is built on principles of health protection and health development, intellectual potential, system motivation of an individual to self-perfection. Nature-aligned educational methodology is personality oriented and enables the student to accomplish object-subject transformation in the process of education, as a result of which, following the receipt of special educational knowledge, abilities and skills, he/she gets common educational abilities and skills, on the basis of which the processes of self-actualization, self-affirmation, independence, self-efficacy, self-leadership, and self-government are initiated and realized. Only the system model of motivation, organized in such a way, forms life potential of personality in the process of education,  beginning with primary school and until post-graduate education, that is able to ensure good health and satisfy one’s vanity, without which he/she will not feel happy and assist sustainable development of the society on the whole. Only observing laws of harmony in the educational process provides formation of personalities with a high level of harmony that will determine the level of harmony in the society, as well. The philosophical, managerial, psychological and pedagogical aspects of individual self-perfection processes are considered in the paper. Special attention is paid to the questions of forming common educational abilities and skills in the process of teaching academic disciplines according to the nature-aligned methodology. The key mechanisms of object-subject transformation in the process of education are described, that provide an individual with energy for passing to the next level of his/her personality development. It is shown how nature-aligned methodology of noospheric pedagogics enables to make the process of the student’s personality growth self-regulated in the process of education.

Abstract

The rates of modern technologies development is such that educational programs are constantly required to be enlarged with new material. However, the introduced supplements often do not take into account the limited possibilities of perceiving amounts of information offered in class. As a result, a significant number of graduates get diplomas of educational institutions with a number of pathologies. Despite heavy load during training, the knowledge of a graduate is often not enough to recognize him ready to participate in modern production. The problem of providing quality education by creating a technology making it possible to maximize students’ knowledge while reducing the number of messages transmitted in the classroom. Consideration of the educational process in the form of an information system with messages transmitted in the form of images is proposed as one of the ways of solving it. The work assumed that each message is reflected in the consciousness of the source and receiver of information in the form of mental images. Mental images of the teacher and student are considered as a convolution of information. The analysis of peculiarities of mental images formation and development is given, a model of the mechanism of pattern information transmission is proposed. The model of transmitting sign, pattern, and symbol information is described. The communication bandwidth between the participants  of the educational process is considered as depending on their goal setting, training, physiological and emotional features, as well as a number of other non-formalized factors. Graduates of educational institutions are considered as means of producing intellectual products, and the purpose of obtaining knowledge is proposed to be formed based on the definition of the attractor of developing the “teacher-student” system. A principle of organizing educational processes is proposed: the education technology should not violate the consistency between the purpose of the educational process and the attractor in the development of the system elements interaction “teacher–student”. The quality of education should be assessed based on the criterion of maximizing students’ knowledge with the number of messages determined by the Federal State Educational Standard. The quality of training is considered through the mechanism of obtaining knowledge during the time specified in the curriculum. Knowledge is considered as information that is perceived and structured by a person in order of importance according to his/her goals and desires. The use of the principle of correspondence of the aim of the educational process with the attractor in the development of the interactions of elements of the “teacher–student” system determines  the formation of nature-aligned technologies that do not violate the position of the attractor in achieving the goals of obtaining knowledge. The level of educational institutions for which a model of convolution and transmission of information is proposed, is the same for preschool education and for primary, secondary and tertiary schools. The proposed models of transmitting images are used as a tool to ensure sustainability of the process of the directed formation of knowledge, which is a consequence of information influence.

Abstract

The analysis of technology of teaching a biorelevant lesson showed when using a traditional methodology of teaching (the sinistrocerebral one), there is a contradiction between social and biological aspects of the cerebrum functional system. It impels teachers to search for new methods of teaching on the basis of human reserves that have not been involved before. Personal development and education, as processes of forming higher mental functions, are considered in the article as complex forms of conscious activity, which are regulated by the corresponding aims and programs. It is shown that for comprehensive perception and fixing of the received information in memory, it is important that neural connections of cerebrum were maximally activated vertically (subcortex-cortex) and horizontally (left and right brain). In this connection, a cerebrum is considered as a complex metasystem consisting of macro- and microsystems incorporated into a multilevel organization with multiple horizontal and vertical relations. In such a system, the code of perceiving, processing and maintaining information is highly sought in the conditions of research activity and corresponds to a person’s instinct of self-preservation at most.  On the principle that the sinistrocerebral methodology of teaching, dividing reason and feelings, leads to “robotization” of an individual, disconnection with long-term memory, teleologism and natural instincts are disjoined. Further use of the sinistrocerebral methodology of teaching in the conditions of computerization of society threatens with degradation of the succeeding generations. The traditional method of teaching violates the genetic sequence of perceiving information and results in the functional disconnection in the integrative brain activity, forming the “tunnel of reality”, limited by short-term memory, on the one hand, and by the blinkered vision, on the other hand, that worsens the quality of life, psychological-emotional state and physical well-being of a person significantly. It is shown that a biorelevant method of teaching is developmental. Its application results in unveiling capabilities and potential possibilities of a person’s thinking and mind on a physical, creative, interpersonal, social levels, and on the levels of principles and world view, as well. Mentally stable individuals with integral thinking and are able to create a society with sustainable development that today is the aim of progressive intentions of humanity. At the present stage, the biorelevant method of teaching excels other methods of teaching in terms of biological adequacy and must be recommended by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health for obligatory application in practice of schools, higher educational institutions and other educational establishments.

Educational, business, role-playing games, discussions promoting acceleration of acquiring  a new experience and receiving new knowledge are the perspective formats of realizing the educational process. The world of augmented reality has the following properties: combines the real and virtual, interacts in real time mode, and functions in three-dimensional space. The advantages of the Interactive alphabet on the basis of the augmented reality technology are as follows: 1) security of strong emotional responses; 2) the involvement and interactivity promoting steady memorizing; 3) possibilities of interaction with the artificial world by means of gadgets; 4) Digital and offline communication; 5) possibility of carrying out virtual lessons. One of the main features of virtual reality is the feeling of participation and the opportunity to observe everything from the first person. It makes expedient to carry out lessons entirely in the virtual reality. Achievement of full involvement in educational process promotes increase of motivation and progress in knowledge acquisition.  The use of the augmented reality technologies in educational processes gives a range of unlimited opportunities, to which belong, e.g. participation in historical events; observation of the most unusual physical phenomena; carrying out manipulations with various objects of the physical world; performing chemical experiments; analysis of large volumes of data. Conclusion. Application of the augmented reality technology promotes higher efficiency of educational processes. Use of the virtual reality allows not only telling and showing the world history to pupils, but also illustrating the world of the past from the perspectives of specific historical characters. Pupils can be sent to travel in a human body as in microcapsules and to choose the right course for expeditions by Magellan’s ship. Use of the virtual reality allows changing scenarios, influencing various experiments or solving mathematical problems in forms of understandable games.

Abstract

Donbas is an industrial region; its diversified cities unite similar problems that have been considerably intensified. Military operations on territory of Donbas assisted the appearance of the new state – Donetsk Republic (DPR) of People’s, that result in native socio-economic and political transformations which rendered substantial influence on the processes of organization of vital functions of region. Building of the new state system, as the strategic purpose of DPR, demanded mobilization all kinds and forms of state-economic policy. For the achievement of this policy the is key trends are the preparation of highly skilled specialists providing not only administrative activity of the again formed organs of the system of state administration but also able to adapt oneself to the new terms. As the folded practice of education in a country shows, the forms and methods of educational activity, that used now, does not allow, to a full degree, to provide the decision of the tasks due to objective and subjective reasons. At the same time, presently, in Donetsk Republic of People’s, the process of search of ways of perfection of education began. So, an Act “About education”, that pawned legal framework of creation of its integral system, was passed in 2015. So, the basic principles of public policy and legal adjusting of relations are certain in the field of education, the new standards of education are developed. But as practice  shows, in the folded system of education, an effective educational policy is not yet mine-out and management mechanisms are not produced by education, called to provide preparation of specialists, both for a socio-economic sphere and for the system of public authorities. A purpose was put in this connection, using innovative forms and methods of development of educational complex to conduct the search of approach that in the present conditions of development of the state system of DPR would allow to conduct perfection of state administration educational industry as by the system and state mechanisms of its management. Transformation processes, development of market relations, and also demand on upgrading of educational, educator, educational (didactic) services give the foundation to using of bases of management and marketing in industry of education and induce to go out for scopes only pedagogical researches of these problems and to consider them from position of management and marketing. Using approach of the systems and method “Tree of aims” the chart of modernization of educational complex of country is offered, on the basis of that the system of educational management, including an administratively-methodical management, pedagogical management, didactic management lies. This system, is based on methodologies of educologion, strategic and project management, using of the newest  technologies of management and allows effectively to use the resources of educational organizations. Such approach for determination of role and place of educational management in the system of state administration education, in our view, creates solid grounds for perfection of trade of all teachers, including those that do not have base pedagogical education, for  the increase of competence of all educational managers which are civil servants.

Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of current trends of change of the domestic educational paradigm, initiated by modern processes of education reform, idea influence of “the third mission of universities” on contents of educational programs, which performance is expressed in growth of number of patents, the signed contracts with the entities, a research of problems of the social sphere and the university involvement into welfare life of the region. In contrast to the harmful nature of the technogenic path of the idea of “entrepreneurial university», the author emphasizes importance of implementation of noosphere educational technologies of development of person creativity and social responsibility of future specialist. The aim of the study was to search for the philosophical and methodological foundations of the concept of noospheric education, which allows answering the challenge of the idea of the third mission of  the university in society and an analysis of the creativity degree of trainees in mastering professional competencies via e-learning with the study of the focus group of master students in the profile “Sociology of Management”. The basic methods of research that allow students to demonstrate the creativity of educational objectives problems were the forms of immersion of the student into the situation of application of the acquired educational skills of the solution of the problem posed as close to reality as possible, developed on the basis of the system of electronic training «InfOUPro», introduced at Kemerovo State University. A deliberately formed teaching model of an independent choice of tools and techniques in the solution of the task, set by the lecturer in assessing its application for the period 2015–2017 demonstrated the growth of non-standard creative solutions among students, which allows us to assert that the application of noospheric methods of developing intuitive figural right hemispheric thinking in harmony with the skills of discursive-logical thinking allowed 73% of master students to show an individual style of solving educational problems, demonstrate creative skills of personal growth, to strengthen the leadership qualities of self-learning and the duration of retention of educational interest to students.  Open creative tasks, modeling future professional activity, are actively made and with great interest. The ability to initiate intuitive imagery right hemisphere thinking in harmony with the skills of discursive and logical thinking of master students in the development of research skills provides such noospheric educational technologies for the development of the learner’s creativity as heuristic techniques for describing actions and states that help to approach the task (intuitive modeling of the subject of research, the reception of inversion, the reception of analogy, the method of free associations, the reception of focal objects), and creative methods, methods of generating ideas that allow to structure the problem, find a solution, structured technology to clearly outline the search zone of strong solutions of creative tasks. Distance form of e-learning based on the capabilities of the «InfOUPro» system showed effectiveness in applying the acquired educational skills and developing the professional competencies of the study group of students.

Abstract

The role of nature-conformity in the expansion interpretation for the presentation of open data in the creation of an information system for the management of science and education is determined. The principle of nature-conformity in our definition is represented as the genesis and development of systems according to their own internal (immanent, natural and / or cultural) and external - the surrounding socio-cultural and natural-biological nature. In this context, the novelty of the research is to develop such an important parameter for the modern era in the creation of information systems as the open data presentation. The unique character of the paper is also in the development of technical requirements, and in exploring the possibility of filling the information management system of science and education developed with open data. The article outlines the prospects for the practical use of the information system for the management of science and education. It is emphasized that due to the use of open data it will be possible to integrate all the developed models, tools, principles and create a modern Russian information management system for science and education in accordance with the principle of prudence of forming systems. The following issues were developed in the research: a structural and semantic analysis of the concept of «open data» was carried out; examples of successful work with open data are presented to the discussion by various organizations - state, commercial, banking, etc.;an analysis of some provisions of the state strategy of scientific and technical development of Russia is made; requirements are created for the information system of expert-textual analysis of scientific and educational research. The conducted research has showed that the role of nature-conformity in the presentation of open data in the creation of such an information management system is great and continues to grow in connection with the development of Internet technologies. This corresponds to the realities of the present and reflects development prospects, leading trends.

Abstract

In the rapidly changing socio-economic and technical environment of the organization, the key factor in its adaptability, first, is the company’s employees, especially young dynamic people. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current problem of youth employment, which seeks to identify constraints and motivations for career and mobility in the young people’s labor market. The following methods of study were used: the mass survey of young people, engaged in various economic activities; in-depth interviews with unemployed young people with secondary and higher vocational education; in-depth interviews with representatives of territorial employment services and employers. The study revealed that one of the major problems of youth employment is: 1. The imbalance in the labor market of offers of similar occupations by graduates and a lack of narrow specialists; 2. The proposed vacancies are of little interest to young people, as employers offer few quality jobs; 3. Young people who have a high motivation for development and who have received a quality education tend to be immediately employed in the desired work and continue to develop. The result of analysis made it possible to develop the educational system on the one hand and it should be commensurate with the economic, scientific, and technological demand of the regions. On the other hand, employers need to modernize their enterprises and create modern jobs. Thirdly, we are recommending young people to be self-motivated to professional development and have professional and educational activity.
