METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
Two processes of the university are modeled – teaching students, which are indicators of performance characteristics, and the process of harmonization of control figures of the budget for the next fi scal year. The first of them is presented with regression equations, the second – a model of consumer choice. Both models are interlinked and that allowed the scholarship fund to evaluate in terms of performance.
A new approach of presenting education curricular is suggested& The new form will enhance quality of planning of educational process in the higher education institutions. Possible variants of employing the suggested form alongside with the information system of Federal Service of Supervision in the Sphere of Education and Science “Plans of HPE”. We present a description of electronic tables on the basis of the suggested structural and logical form.
This article is devoted to consideration of the new approach in modern education system. This approach is connected to synergetics. Different points of view on synergetics as methodology of modern science are considered. Examples of synergetic principles application in humanitarian sciences are proposed. Synergetics in education, for education and of education are considered.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The article is devoted to modeling the process of creating open educational resources (OER). The technology of processing of the content presented in this paper provides solutions for the creation of competitive highquality e-learning courses, placed in an open information environment. The tools are analyzed in detail to create a virtual environment OER. The algorithm of the decision making process on the processing of contentbased neuro-fuzzy.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
In the article we offer the method which allows to define the extent of the objectives achievement in the field of quality of professional training with application of a fuzzy logical conclusion and hierarchical representation of educational process is offered. Realization of production model of an assessment of extent of achievement of the objectives in the field of quality within information-analytical system of monitoring of quality as subsystem of the general information system of educational institution is described.
This article is about the development of professional competence of students in the context of information system development of the higher education. At the same time it clarifies the notion of professional competence, discusses some aspects of improving the efficiency of its formation and the example of estimate of its level is presented.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
A toolset of a medical computer learning simulator for ophthalmology with virtual reality and its implementation are considered in the paper. The simulator is oriented for professional skills training for students of medical universities.
The personalization of professional and additional education requires the complementation of the formal education by the possibilities of informal pedagogical interaction, based on the social media services and the massive open distant courses. The possibilities of personal education sphere (PES) as the integrative medium of formal and informal education are considered.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The article is devoted to pressing questions of construction and the organization of control systems by knowledge. The history of problem is briefly considered, modern lines of development of information systems are noted. The analysis of various kinds of knowledge is presented; value of implicit kinds of knowledge for informative activity and formation of new knowledge is noted. Advantages and prospects of use of methods and artificial intellect models are considered at construction of knowledge management system.
In this paper the problem is formalized competitive selection and admission to the following courses 2 and the example of the admission campaign in Southwest State University, an algorithm of solving the problem.
RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
The article studies key questions of distant education as a part of an integrated whole with the traditional education. The results of a questionnaire for students are depicted. We also analyze the possibilities of the Internet technologies as a means for improvement of the education quality and an individual path for developing the foreign language communicative competence of students.
The possibilities of Distance Learning System "Virtual Campus" of MESI in the process of teaching students business correspondence in foreign language are demonstrated in the article. Division of the students into language groups according to the initial level of foreign language skills allows the best combination of classroom and distance learning, realizing such education principles as the principle of consciousness, creativity, combination theory and practice, differentiated approach to learning.
The article is devoted to intelligent support of educational processes at level of speciality with the help of information system. In this paper intelligent information system of Modern Humanitarian Academy is considered and three directions of development of intelligent support within the scope of developed information system are offered. These directions include: development of model of student, data mining of quality of teaching and prediction of quality of teaching in the future.
