METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
The article discusses several approaches to training, namely the virtual. Concrete examples of virtual learning systems were described, we disclosed their features, advantages and disadvantages. A new suggested approach integrates the features of existing systems, and opens new horizons and opportunities to obtain certain skills and abilities. Introduction of a new approach to the educational process will improve the quality and effectiveness of learning.
The article analyzes the convergence of nano-, bio-, info- and cognitive technologies. We highlight the close relationship of such notions as “e-culture”, “consciousness”, “artificial intelligence”. Artificial intelligence technology is the meta-NBIC-complex itself. Electronic infrastructure of intellectual activity - the essence of artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence technologies play a meta-level role of NBIC- technologies, being significant for e-culture. Development of science, technology, and education suggests that in the future perhaps a radical transformation in human beings is not only the material world, but also a subjective reality.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The article considers the problem of automated generation of interactive activities for learning software. This problem is relevant, since at the present stage of development of computer-based training systems can be traced need to build a tool that allows to implement various types of test and the training tasks on the basis of technologies of interactivity. We propose a tool to create dynamic tasks, enhance student’s interactivity with the system.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
Article deals with pressing questions of construction and the organization of modern intellectual information systems. We briefly consider some problems of using such new interdisciplinary scientific directions as synergetics and an artificial intellect in systems of knowledge management. The short analysis of hybrid systems and technologies of processing of the knowledge based on a combination of the fuzzy logic and methods of genetic search is depicted. Advantages and prospects of using methods of an artificial intellect and multiagent systems models in developing of knowledge management systems are considered.
The article deals with the problem of effective organization of skills forming as an important part of the competence approach in education, implemented via educational standards of new generation. The solution of the problem suggests using of computer tools to assess the quality of skills formation and abilities based on the proposed model of the problem. This paper proposes an approach to creating an assessing model of the level of skills formation in knowledge management systems based on mathematical modeling methods. Attention is paid to the evaluation strategy and technology of assessment, which is based on the use of rules of fuzzy mathematics. Algorithmic implementation of the proposed model of evaluation of the quality of skills development is shown as well.
The article is devoted to students current results in-process monitoring of discharging department of institute of higher education. In this paper the students current results in-process monitoring subsystem developed by the authors is presented and three ways of expansion of its performance are suggested. The first way includes introduction of indicator of results level decrease into the subsystem. The second way includes addition of possibility of analysis of certain laboratory, practical and independent students’ works. The third way includes development of a block of generation of lecturer guidelines. The block of generation of lecturer guidelines is intended for detection of means to influence the backward and lowering their results students.
The article is devoted to issues of heterogeneous knowledge representation in intellectual educational systems and procedures of construction of dynamic model learning management on their basis. On having analyzed the information component of the knowledge management process under uncertainty we proposed information model in the form of elements of a formal system of heterogeneous knowledge representations. The peculiarity of the model is to build on its base individual learning paths based on intersubject communications of system in conditions of the competence approach
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The paper discusses the concept and technology of augmented reality, the rationale given the relevance and timeliness of its use to support educational processes. Paper is a survey and study of the possibility of using augmented reality technology in education. Architecture is proposed and constructed algorithms of the software system management QR-codes media objects. An overview of the features and uses of augmented reality technology to support educational processes is displayed, as an option of a new form of visual demonstration of complex objects, models and processes.
The article is devoted to synergetics consideration as a basis of the new approach to design of the higher school education environment. Various approaches to the educational environment definition are analyzed. Application of seven main principles of synergetics in pedagogical sciences is analyzed and on their basis principles of designing of the educational environment of higher school are formulated. The model of the educational environment which can be used as a basis for designing of corresponding training system by the teacher of higher school is offered.
The article presents the results of a study on the design of tools to support multi-agent applications for the e-learning. The algorithm of agents conducting negotiations is developed. We analyze the characteristics of a software implementation of the multi- platform agents on JADE. We present minutes of the interaction of agents in the environment e-learning. The results of the experiments outlined areas for further research are the following: the personalization and adaptation of e-learning content to the needs of a particular user, and multi-agent system intellectualization.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
This article is devoted to the review of main features of cloud computing that can be used in education. Particular attention is paid to those learning and supportive tasks, that can be greatly improved in the case of the using of cloud services. Several ways to implement this approach are proposed, based on widely accepted models of providing cloud services. Nevertheless, the authors have not ignored currently existing problems of cloud technologies , identifying the most dangerous risks and their impact on the core business processes of the university.
The article considers the problem of creating a multi-agent models integrating heterogeneous prior knowledge about the subject of research in order to ensure the possibility of combining the analytical information from different domains in intellectual information systems. The solution of this problem is demonstrated by the example of the method of students cognitive personality traits researches results integration and artificial intelligence technologies to create cognitive styles of diagnostic systems with the further individual paths, education models and reference groups development, based on the theory of multi-agent systems. The considered models’ investigation was conducted based on apparatus simulation of Petri nets.
This article presents a model of foreign language professionally-oriented training of future engineers, and the creation of the new foreign language teaching programs is justified. The author determines the content of the main methods and forms of teaching foreign languages. It is proved that the proposed educational technology, which implements the context approach to teaching students of technical institutes, joins together all the components of the training content, explaining the advisability of forming skills and contributes to the quality of language training of future engineers, as well as the acquisition of the real experience in professional activity.
