METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
We propose methods for the evaluation software reliability parameter of the real-time processing systems at complex application software testing and algorithmic redundancy. A formulation of the problem of choice the software testing and algorithmic redundancy parameters for achieving reliability requirements for the realtime processing systems is given as a problem of the mixed (integer and continuous) programming with the nonlinear constraints. The problem is solved by brute-force and mesh adaptive direct search algorithms.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
The article analyzes the feasibility of using static and dynamic e-learning resources for the formation of different types of competencies. To achieve the optimal adaptation to the format of competencies it was recommended to distribute education materials amongst logically holistic micromodules that are dynamically associated with levels of education, competencies and subject-matters.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The article deals withe the problems of designing education resources for the future managers in the fi eld of high and nano-tech. Modern high-tech companies are in need of highly qualifi ed managers who are capable of managing innovation projects and commercialize them. At present there exist extra curricular programmes whereas there are no special higher education programmes for specialists of this level. Authors of the article offer a new system approach to design education resources based on such a programme. It is based on the usage of instruments of the modern smart-cards for presenting the structure of education resources. This kind of presentation enables to form the content of education resources clearly and vividly at different levels simultaneously as well as determine the elements which either are in demand, or intersect, or are superfluous.
The issues of higher education system subjects’ interaction in order to effectively staffing industries are considered in this paper. The model and the structure of the information interaction automated subsystem, providing the subjects interests, requirements and the highly qualified technicians training purposes coordination, is proposed.
The article considers the possibility of virtual methodic offices to support continuous professional development and self-education. A structural model of a virtual methodic office and the comparisons with collective and individual blogs are discussed.
Article represents the features of modern educational environment for training specialists in the fi eld of aerospace robotics. Training requirements of modern specialists are pointed. Approaches to the description of the subject areas of onboard intelligent systems are demonstrated. Implementation variations of these approaches are shown in the architecture of an intelligent system and in the demo example of planning system.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The paper touches upon the problem of «adaptive navigation». The article depicts an approach to its solution based on a particular topology – a square lattice. The decision is grounded on the modern comprehension of mechanisms of memory and thinking. Forgetting as a decreasing logarithmic function of time is considered. The concept of the mental scheme is introduced. The method of visualization of mental schemes is described. Particular examples of mind schemes are presented.
RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
This paper discusses the feasibility of delivering streaming lectures on natural-science disciplines with computer presentations. Typical students’ comments on those are observed. There are analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of this form of delivery of lecture material for students of full-time training.
The article emphasizes the need for teaching visual models in teaching foreign languages. Successful verb forms models are presented, including an interdisciplinary model for English gerund, and English pronouns.
The article analizes the concept of “Information society”. The author describes normative documents regulating the formation of the information society in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main tasks and requirements for IT-specialists are highlighted in the abstract. We analyze the content of the training students of the information specialties to perform tasks of the Information Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This article discusses the possibility of organizing a practice-based learning using modern web-based technologies of distance learning like cMOOC. The authors share their experience of practical implementation of proprietary technology in the organization of a University course of innovative entrepreneurship. Based on their practice results authors propose the concept of a new generation of educational platforms based on the four vectors of development.

The 21st century is marked by the need of analytical activity as the means for efficient management solutions. Notwithstanding, modern system of training of the qualified analysts is impossible without acquiring knowledge in Mathematics. As a result, it seems to be interesting from the science and practice approach to study with a minute care the role of the mathematical knowledge in training analytical ideology, especially in the context of current problems and experience in their solutions.
The article discusses the issues facing today’s growing and gaining momentum motion for the creation and implementation of massive open online courses. Special attention is paid to the ways to meet mass demand for higher education and proposes a new model of education based on a combination of existing achievements in the development and delivery of training courses the student with the automation of the processes themselves learning and assessment results.
