The article considers transition questions to process management of higher education institution, specifics of educational process and is specified possibilities which are received by heads and the staff of university, when using modeling of business processes. The author's technique of the description of business processes of higher education institution is depicted in the article. The detailed description of each stage is provided, templates of used models and documents are described. 

We analyze methodical opportunities and examples of practical realization of use of a method of spatial separation of the particles having different speeds, at the expense of infl uence of gravity on ranges of their flight in the study of the Maxwell distribution in a course of the general physics. The article demonstrates methodical need of a combination of natural experiment with research of the corresponding physical model on the computer by using this method in laboratory a practical work. 

The article deals with a technique of diagnostics of educational information interaction, as a system, which components are transactions – elementary processes. The main integrated indicators of an assessment of educational information exchange are provided. It is noted that diagnostics of educational information interaction is a basis for the analysis and correction of didactic information technologies.

Realization of a method of an assessment of satisfaction by quality of professional training within information-analytical system of monitoring of quality as subsystem of the general information system of educational institution is described. 

The article deals with the method of information competence development of Documentation management and administrative support students (specialty 032001). The method is approved in the educational environment of Tula state pedagogical university by L.N. Tolstoy and has proved its high effi ciency. 

The visualized environment of mathematics training for the future natural science teachers, providing the formation and development of all-educational mathematical skills, qualities of thinking, skills of independent search and development of new information, abilities to model processes and to solve problems by means of ICT is described in this article. 

This article is devoted to an actual problem of the organization of interactive learning environment for the foreign language speech of medical students and revealing of its role for increase of professional education level. The role and value of applied methodical ware are provided in the article: (introduction of the special course of study "Global Health"; electronic educational and methodical textbook "Training of medical students for the international teleconferences" within the special course of study "Global Health" with the use of interactive methods of training and aimed at the development of speaking skills). The author carried out analysis and assessment of efficiency of influence of the interactive learning environment on the development of IPORK, and received reliable results which testify about positive dynamics of this activity. 

In this paper, we describe how to increase the learning management systems effi ciency by using an adaptive approach. In our work we try and summarize the existing systems; the adaptability absence problem is discovered, programming and architectural adaptive learning management system designing approach is offered. 

Modern students badly perceive traditional model of training. In this connection it is necessary to develop the model of training possessing mobility, practice-oriented, self-refi ll of a content, content reviewing. SMART training concept is urged to solve a similar problem. 

Topical issues of international cooperation in distance learning development are considered in the article, the characteristic for experience of inter university cooperation between the Perm State Agricultural Academy (Perm, Russia) and Ondokuz Mayis University (Samsun, Turkey) in the fi eld of distance learning is given. Concerns of distance learning development are focused: identifying remote students, teachers training, learning material quality. The prospects for cooperation in distance learning globally are outlined and its relevance for overcoming the crisis in culture and education is determined.
