METHODICAL MAINTENANCE
The article deals with the technique of diagnostics of degree of computerization of educational process and the main criteria of its assessment. It is noted that computerization of education is inconceivable without permanent application of methods and means of work with information as well as information competence of teachers and students. Information of education has become sociocultural reality which demands a technique of its qualimetrical diagnostics.
The article observes such topics as specifics of the demand forecasting in the university graduates for the companies of the nuclear sector as well as the topic of the modern approach to such kind of HR problematic. We present the main steps of the demand forecasting process in the young professionals and the analytical results of the presented modeling.
Control has a diagnostic, educational, evaluative and pedagogic functions in academic activities, that’s why it is the imperative element of every educational technology. The main problem of extramural studies is the lack of control during the intermediate stages of the educational process. While learning the chemistry by a student of extramural studies, the organization and resource materials which are used to minimize the negative consequences of this problem were developed and realized.
The work presents description of justification and research of ways of increase of understanding level of mathematical information in training of Pedagogical University students. The understanding model, its measuring instruments, and mathematics tutorial tools, which enforce its understanding level are offered.
We can be mistaken to formulate basic concepts of process management, and we are at risk to be on the wrong way solving the focused problems – instead of process management we could do automatization, instead of process system we could introduce function-oriented system. Without having a clear idea of the model we have to execute, we can plan this model as an analytical one and do not include all the necessary tools for management on the stage of planning. The article is targeted for the analysts who have skills in analytical modeling of business processes and would like to make a step forward to the implementation of these models. In order to become professionals in this field it is necessary to learn the terminology, first of all.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The article deals with two fundamental data types – scalar and vector (array), without the ability of working with them one cannot solve using computer school or university tasks in mathematics, physics, chemistry and other technical training courses. Some fundamentals of teaching computer science at school and university are covered as well.
QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE
Article opens a series of publications devoted to creation of information-analytical system of monitoring of professional training quality which provides the solution of expert and analytical problems of an assessment of current state of quality of educational services, formation of recommendations about improvement of quality for administration of educational institution.
EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The article covers key stages of e-learning systems development. We try and describe reasons for introduction of intellectual education systems, content of modern intellectual techniques. We also present perspectives for development of intellectual education systems using repeatedly employed components (the typical technical solutions). We present the design of an intellectual education system. Demo-examples are offered as well.
This article describes functional model of education by the instrumentality of IDEF0. The implementations of the proposed model for the primitive communal stage of development. The analysis of the main components of the educational process, typical of the period, described the incoming, outgoing information flows, management, use of resources, including culture, social awareness, formal and informal education entities, as well as features of display orientation of the individual. It is shown that the structure of the model does not depend on the level of social culture and is consistent with the results of modern pedagogical and historical research.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The article is devoted to development of formalized representation model for intellectual educational systems knowledge base definition in an uncertain conditions. Such modeling will enable at the design stage of the information knowledge management system to avoid errors of experts in determining the evaluation criterion of competence, the options of individual training trajectories, requirements for the types and number of knowledge representation forms and test tasks.
The paper proposes a model of an open architecture for component context-dependent systems of computer training to the needs of the software applications of intelligent learning environments and adaptive learning systems. The structure of a content management system is developed based on Semantic Web. The model for developing of the engine is supposed to be based on probabilistic automata. Another part of work is developing of learning scenarios and possibilities for its adaptation. The context approach for personalization of learning style is described in the paper as well.
The article deals with communication of strategic, tactical targets and the strategy realized by the violator of safety of information system. Semantic models and algorithms are developed for a conclusion of the purposes and strategies; criteria and tasks for strategies assessment, based on representation of information system in the form of the open environment model are described.
RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
The article presents the development experience of online computer-assisted learning package based on modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment (MOODLE) that is designed to teach a foreign language for specific purposes in non-linguistic university. The developed package allows enhancing the teaching process by creating optimal conditions to realize the principles of teaching differentiation and individualization and also by stimulating the students’ motivation to learn the language through various methods and kinds of teaching tasks.
The paper presents the concept of continuous engineering education for the educational complex kindergarten-school-high school. Basing on the space-time model of memory and thinking, we define the didactic requirements for organization of the educational process to ensure the strength and depth of knowledge, the formation of engineering students' thinking. In this work we offer the model of the School of Engineering, which implements the necessary requirements through the cloud and cluster technologies of multi-age learning and mega-class. Besides, the paper marks the ways of the formation of the Engineering School in Zheleznogorsk.
